Eileen Ford is a native of Casper, Wyoming. She received her BS degree in Business Management from the University of Wyoming in 1986. After graduating, she went to work with Anderson & Black, an event management and marketing firm. In 1987, the company was contacted by Mr. Jim Hill, to work with him on the planning and organization of the Cowboy State Games Sports Festival, which was moving from Cheyenne to Casper. Eileen was assigned to the project, and that is when her Cowboy State Games journey began! She spent two decades championing the Games.
